The event marked an exciting milestone for Serenade, a 468-acre development that will feature approximately 1,000 homesites, thoughtfully designed open spaces, and future amenities centered around connection and everyday living. Attendees enjoyed a memorable celebration, including a symbolic butterfly release, as they came together to recognize the vision and collaboration behind the project.
